SIGLENT’s high-voltage differential probe can measure up to 1500 Vpk voltage, and the highest bandwidth reaches 1 GHz. It has the function of overload acousto-optic alarm, which can be adapted to various types of oscilloscopes and meet the requirements of most test systems.
