Product Introduction

SRF5030T near-field probe kit contains magnetic field (H) and electric field (E) probes, which can be used for EMC pre-compatibility testing and locating radiation sources in electronic products. The near-field probe is similar to a broadband antenna, which detects radiation signals from components, PCB boards, gaps in shielding covers and other places. Using a smaller probe can make the accuracy of locating the radiation area higher. Other applications include: impulse immunity testing, troubleshooting in RF signal chain, non-invasive testing of modulators and oscillators, and measuring frequency, phase and spectrum components with low noise amplifiers.

  • SRF5030T-H10: It can check the magnetic field within 3cm. Frequency range: 30MHz to 3 GHz, resolution: 10mm.
  • SRF5030T-H5: Mainly used for cable electromagnetic leakage test. Frequency range: 30MHz to 3 GHz, resolution: 5mm.
  • SRF5030T-E5: It can detect the electromagnetic field emitted in the vertical direction. It is mainly used to test the electromagnetic field generated by PCB wiring. Frequency range: 30MHz to 3 GHz, resolution: 5mm.
