Product Introduction

The SIGLENT SDM4065A-SC includes a multiplexer that provides multi-point measurement capabilities. The scanner features 12 multi-purpose + 4 current channels and supports the following measurement functions: DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, 2WR, 4WR, CAP, FREQ, DIODE, CONT and TEMP ( RTD and Thermocouple ). It provides a convenient and versatile solution for test applications that require multiple measurement points or signals and is an ideal tool for R&D burn-in and production testing.
NOTE: The scanner is included on new SDM4065A-SC products only. It cannot be added to SDM4065A instruments at a later time.

Key Features

  • Real 6½ digits readings resolution (2,200,000 counts)
  • Up to 50k rdgs/s of measurement speed
  • True-RMS AC Voltage and AC Current measuring
  • Equipped with EasyDMM-X host computer control and sampling software
  • 5-inch true color TFT-LCD display

Product advantage

Real six-and-a-half multimeter

SDM4065A series digital multimeter has 6-bit reading resolution (2,200,000 count) and can display 0,000,000 ~ 2,199,999 in full scale. Excellent performance makes the change from small current to large voltage fluctuation under control.

High speed Measurement

The SDM4065A series supports up to 50,000 readings/s. Both models offer adjustable measurement speeds (fast/medium/slow). Its sampling interval can be precisely configured from 0.001 PLC to 1,000 PLC (Power Line Cycle), enabling superior performance in high-speed data acquisition and micro-variation monitoring—ideal for applications requiring precise measurements.

Data Logging Function

Supports continuous data logging for up to 100 hours with 2GB internal storage, ideal for long-term trend analysis.

Digitizer Function

Outperforms oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers in high-precision, low-frequency sampling, particularly suitable for audio signal digitization.

Remote Control & Programming

SDM4065A integrates USB Host, USB Device, and LAN interfaces, with an optional USB-GPIB module. It supports standard SCPI remote control commands, PC-based software, and compatibility with the latest mainstream multimeter command sets. Its embedded web server enables direct remote control and programming via a browser, fulfilling diverse communication and automation needs.

Scanner Card

The multi-function scanning card (SC1016) carried by SDM4065A-SC can expand the function of multimeter and measure various circuit parameters quickly and accurately. SC1016 has 16 channel measurement interfaces (12 multi-function channels+4 current channels), which can measure multiple circuit parameters at multiple test points or devices at the same time, and can control the equipment and scanning card through the upper computer.
